Size: 50 cm long
Type Horizon and Locality: Late Permian, Salarevo Formation (Wuchiapingian) Sokolki, Arkhangelsk Province, Russia
Type Specimen: Holotype PIN 2005/2465 (partial skull)
This small primitive cynodont from the Late Permian of Russia was probably omnivorous. It is the first cynodont described from Eastern Europe and was closely related to Procynosuchus.
